"I had your focaccia at Roma Deli today! First time trying and it blew me away. My God it's so good. Where can I buy your other goods? I'd love to try them all. So excited to try more"

Della Corte Foods is inspired  by the ancient piazza of the same name in a little picturesque town of Conversano, known as the city of art, located in the region of Puglia, Italy. Here both my mother and father and generations of our family have lived and loved.

At the highest point of the town is Largo Della Corte where sits Il Castello, our town’s castle that dates to 1054. From its balconies you can see all the way to the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea.

I have nothing but fond memories spending holidays and long summers watching in the kitchen as my mother Rosa and my nonna Angelina lovingly made the mouth-watering recipes that were passed down from generations before. In their honor I have recreated many of these same delicious offerings at Della Corte foods for you to enjoy.

Buon Appetito
Pasquale

A southern Italian savory biscuit. 100% vegan. Each one is made by hand. Made with white wine and Olive oil. Taralli are on every table in Puglia restaurant and home. Caution: they are very addicting you can’t just eat 2 or 3, lol.

We make five flavors:

Classico

Onion

Fennel

Chili Pepper

Cacio e pepe – (Vegetarian - contains cheese)

Focaccia is an olive oil-rich Italian bread. It's crispy and golden on the top and bottom crusts, and inside, it has an airy crumb (meaning there are tons of air holes, big and small, that squish in the best way possible).

We make three flavors:

Tomato

Rosemary

Plain

Panzerotti are deep-fried pockets of dough filled with mozzarella and tomato sauce. These crisp golden pillows are best eaten whilst hot, but watch out for that first bite!
